is the sql vulnerability for mytabs fixed?

MyTabs can't handle more than 1 category per tab, at least not on chrome (firefox everything works fine). It will carry onto every tabs and not even use the selected css to color the tab when clicked. This is on a default board no customizations, how can this be fixed.
