I am glad for your new server.
I noticed now that sub forums of a category do not appear in the tabs, you have to click on the category name that links to the category page to see all sub forums.
Is this only happening to me?

Should have already been fixed when I implemented getting parents after each fid was selected.
Well honestly i don't know anything about coding so need your help
I need you guys to give me the codes which change my tabs to something like when i click on any of tabs the selected tab has white background and red text.

Yes and yes. It was made for 1.6.x, and it has been verified already by many people (:

The site has been up? You might have gotten that when we switched servers, but it's up now if anyone was having any issues.
