To install this program I have to create a subdomain. I am currently using SBI Site Build It.

I am not very good at these things so this is a bit much for me. However, I do believe that they want me to first create a subdomain to upload these files to. But to create the subdomain I first need a CNAME from you.

Do you know what I mean?

This isn't a MyBB issue, you'll need to ask your host how to set this up. The CNAME is nothing to do with us whatsoever, it's to do with your domain, I don't know who's told you we have anything to do with this. We have absolutely no way of knowing what the CNAME needs to be, we're not your host and we don't manage your domains.

Your host is pathetic if they think MyBB has got anything to do with domain records. Find a new host that can differentiate between software and domains.
