Well today a friend of mine told me someone ripper my theme
Soft Angel and i went to check it out. Its a theme called
BBDark a dark version of Soft Angel and they took off my copyright...
Find out the host and DMCA them
To be honest, he did make significant changes to it. However, he still shouldn't have done it.
I don't see a single similarity.

He took my template and even if he did big changes he shouldnt take off my copyright
I think it's clearly a rip off.
You can either talk to him or send a DMCA notice as suggested above.

I don't see how you can do anything, it doesn't look the same at all any more. I mean... the header is the only thing that looks vaguely similar
I see some similarities but not all. Are you sure he stole the theme from you? check the coding behind it.
He's free to modify and distribute his version but he needs to keep the copyright intact. Try contacting him first before any legal action is taken.
