I am looking for someone to go with me on a VPS i will pay half and the other will pay half and they can host a site on it if they want and will have the login info and after it pays for the site a month after we get people to host on it we will split the profit 50 to 50

So, you mean you want a partner for a webhost?

Not to dampen your spirit with this but you have to be sure your partner can keep up otherwise you are left with a big bill.
