is there a plugin with capatacha image to check for the human verification and can contact the board webmaster? there is a one that can contact a webmaster but no human verification is there, and due to thi, a person has started contacting me and i think thats is a script, i have deactivated that plugin, but still of no use

You can create contact pages, staff apps and all. This plugin creates only submit forms. if you want to make static pages use, page manager.
