In November i will go to Academy for Licenced Cambridge Programmer.
Now i need to decide should i go to PHP Web Development or JAVA Development.

Someone have suggestion?

Also i can go for:

Microsoft Windows Development
Microsoft Web Development
Software Development
Software Engineering

I can chose one of them.
Java? Eww. Go with C++, it will give you way more job opportunities than Java.
PHP. :p

I just like web softwares more. I know Java can be used on the web, but it isn't the same as PHP for obvious reasons.
Software engineering would be my choice. All the others are too limited. JAVA is a great language to learn OOP in and PHP is useful all over. It's not really a great idea to just specialise in one of them though. It's up to you ultimately though.

This. Though what's the difference between software development and software engineering?
I'm not completely sure, but I believe engineering encompasses a bit more of the theoretical side to programming and program planning.
Go for Software Engineering
Since your learning get RHEL certi, or LPI. They do come in handy.
In my opinion an engineering qualification is the most valuable piece of paper you can own. Engineering can take you anywhere and software engineering particularly will find you work in just about any industry that takes your interest.

I also feel Software Engineering is a little more secure against things like outsourcing and becoming just a "code monkey" because you will learn product management skills such as sustainability and planning.

Software developing is writing code. Software engineering is figuring out how the program will work in a more abstract manner and then having a developer make it. Software engineers get paid more and are not being outsourced as much.
