If you goto my site, 360gaming.org. it will take you to the forums but if you click any of the top links and than try and go back to the forums using the "forums" toplink to automatically takes you to the portal. If you understood that and know how to fix it please let me know thank you!

Because you've got the 'Forums' link in the header linking to portal.php...

Well, the link that you've got in the header to link to the forums actually links to the portal... Undecided Not sure how else I can say it. Just edit the header template in the ACP and change the URL the Forums link goes to, from portal.php to index.php.
