Hi,

I just installed myBB, and so far I like it alot. I plan to use Mybb to replace my Joomla CMS and Phpbb3 forum.

I like how this site has done this.

Also this website has the way I want it too.

I want it so that, when you go to the website, it shows a news page, as well as has a link bar above at the top of the page, just like this website.

Anyone know how I would do that, or what plugins I would need?

You're looking for a Portal system, something like this.

Yep, that is what I am looking for. Thank you!

Although I got proportal, because it is compatible with mybb 1.6.x
