So you're complaining because google is crawling a publically visible support forum, where you posted a link to your site?
There is no law against that. You posted the links etc, not them.
You were the one that posted the link in a public forum. Also, what the hell are we supposed to do about someone who is simply running a board? We aren't his boss.

You posted the link for your site. If you didn't want to submit your link on the other site, you shouldn't have posted at all.

I don't really get what you want us to do about it. This is information that you put on there by your own free will. You were not deceived in any way or told that it would be private. You know that Google will crawl websites. He doesn't have to block Google crawling those pages if he doesn't want to. It's not about privacy, you put this information into the public domain with no assurance that it wasn't going to be crawled. If this was a private support ticket system, or you'd been told it wouldn't be stored in Google, that'd be a different story, but it's not. There's really not much you, or especially we, can do about it.
How about you just edit your original post to remove you links from them, then wait for google to recrawl the pages and update it's records
