Hi there - well you DO have responses- it seems you may not like them..... You are asking two questions....
1) Re the bots - try and make sure you have a good robots.txt Make your board email activation.
Which leads to the NEXT question.
2) Contact your host and tell them you need the settings for SMTP mail.
