To disable those advanced stats from appearing, head into your ACP. Go to Configuration -> Server and Optimization Settings and click "No" under "Advanced Stats / Debug information." It should be noted that only administrators can see it.

You can download more themes from the Themes and Templates Releases forum.

Once you download a theme, you need to upload the themes images to ./images/*theme name*. Then go to ACP -> Templates and Style -> Import Theme and browse th the XML provided with the theme.
