i try to upgrade mybb 1.6.0 to mybb 1.6.1 on my websites, the website hosting on window IIs server, i think in window IIs server no htaccess rewriting, after uplode all upgrade file in root folder, forum show "service unavailable" can i upgread on this server without .htaccess rewriting, please help me.
I'm pretty sure you don't need htaccess/htaccess rewriting to upgrade. I'm not expert with IIS, so I can't really help, but the error seems like the IIS website isn't active.

Do you have access to any logs that might say what's actually caused this...?? There's nothing in any of the new files that will cause this.
