When a person posts, you can see how many times they posted under their name. It would be nice if this was a hyperlink to all of their posts. There already is a feature that allows you to do this kind of search (when you're looking at their profile) so it would only be a matter of creating that link in the threads.
The 'find' button under the post does this. Is another link to it required?

I think it would improve the user experience. Most people on non-technical forums won't know the feature is available unless there's a hyperlink on the thread itself. It doesn't take any more room on the page to add it. Basically, you're just making an (already implemented) important search feature more prominent.
But it is already on the thread itself, below each person's post. The "Find" button, like what DennisTT said. It's next to the "Email" and "PM" buttons.
It's just not obvious that this is "Find all posts by this author" until you put your mouse over it (in IE).
