So I am have a problem with the Error 404 - Not Found. I just installed google seo and I have uploaded the htaccess file that came with the plugin. I did rename the file to .htaccess. And now I can't access any of my threads or posts. Please don't tell me I ruined my forums.

Do you replaced the original functions.php with the modified one?

Yes, I had to get a new functions though for 1.6.1 and I had to do some other stuff. Site is working now though.
