I was trying to activate a plugin which had some arabic words in it
and I got this error message :

Upload a new copy of ltts.php from a fresh download of that plugin. Have you edited that file at any point??
I just translated to arabic
That message show up with every plugins that I translate to arabic
What text editor did you use?? if you used notepad, that'll be the reason, it's added invisible characters to the top of the file.

1 more thing im saving it as UTF-8
And you uploaded a fresh copy of it before trying to edit it again...??
Make sure to use UTF-8 _without_ Byte Order Mark (BOM) if the editor lets you choose...
I would just forget about that plugin, it seems corrupt =/ Or contact the plugin author/developer.
