OK So I want to make a group of admin who can go inside the Admin panel however they can't delete forums or categories they can edit them but not delete them is this possible ?

Second of all I want a group only able to send warnings and ban ( Not be able to delete posts or anything)

is this possible ?

Number one I'm not sure if it's possible.

Number two, just create the new group and set them to not be able to delete posts, but then check the "Able to give warnings" box and the box that allows them to ban users (if there is one, if not just give them access to ModCP).
