plz help my forum is giving internal sql error, i haven't changed any password then why its coming....? plz help....

You'll need to ask your host about this, more people are trying to connect to your forum than your host allows.

Hosts website also giving error.....

is it because of this...?

It might be the same cause, too many people accessing the server, or it might be something else, I don't really know, you'll need to ask them.

Was a host error, now working.
