From google all I found was the rotation for the advertisements. I am taking about the main forum banner. Such as the Mybb banner in this forum. Is there a plugin or tweak to make it rotate every pageload?

Yeah kind of like that. I think I need to change couple of things to use it as the main logo rotator.
