Hi

I have searched but cannot find any information on this. I want to change a few icons on my theme. The icons that show next to your forums and threads. They tell you if there is a new post or not and if and if a thread is locked.

I have the custom forum icon mod but can not really get it to work so I was just thinking of going into the theme template myself and editing it.

The thing is I have no idea what I am looking. Could anybody help me with this.

According to your question.
Go to: ./images/ and find the following icons;
lockfolder.gif
dot_newfolder.gif
dot_folder.gif

and you may change them.

they are only in ForumDisplay template
the images for Forumbit ( icons near the forums ) are
on.gif (.png)
off.gif (.png)
offlock.gif (.png)
