I want to change informations in config.php file.
But show this error
" You can not save changes."
why?

I could change it but show a sql error.
I change panel host and match it with pw in config.php file, but show same error again.

Most likely host issue. Why not edit Board Settings in ACP ?
since he changed hosts, he needs to change the the DB info for the config file. its likely a permissions issue and he needs to make sure the file owner is his new hosting account user and then the permission level is such that he can edit it
