ok, pretty much all i am looking for is the portals html where it shows the table positions so i can change them and add some new ones.

All html for mybb are found in Admin CP >Templates > Modify / Delete >Expand
So in your case you want the portal, so after the expand, find Portal page template

You want to expand the Template, then look for "Portal Templates" Click the link that actuall says "Portal Templates" and you will go to the list.
