hey guys i just installed mybb and noticed that the theme was completely messed up (images all missing ect) so i tried to install a dif them to see if that was the problem so far ive gone through 6 themes and when installing them they all told me they were old even though there the most recent ones so i hit the compatability thing they install i go back to check every thing is still messed up. heres my site: 1800-get-sum.info

Check the permissions on the cache folder and cache/themes folder, they should be chmoded to 777
If the chmods are correct then make sure you're not using any webserver configurations (htaccess) that would restrict access to those directories. I'm getting a forbidden message trying to access anything there.

Also the link to some of your images is incorrect, for example the top menu icons point to

when it should be [

http://1800-get-sum.info/images/wbsteam/toplinks/index.png

This should be in the templates
