can someone guide me that how can i integrate wordpress with mybb 1.6 using JFUSION?

I don't believe you can. Isn't JFusion for Joomla?

Yes, it's for integration MyBB and Joomla, not MyBB and Wordpress (I believe). To integrate with Wordpress, use WordBB.
