Hi

I just have a little problem with user ranks. I have set them up all fine and they work great. As members post count increase there rank increases and they gain more stars.

My problem is it only works for members.

I created a user group for VIP members and wanted members to be promoted to this after they became active but they would lose the ability to have user ranks.

Is there anyway I can enable user ranks for all groups including staff?

You have to leave the default user title blank.
go int o acp and edit your staff groups and make sure the default user titlle is left blank for all staff groups
