I just noticed after all the merging and tweeking of the merged forums into one super site/forum..... that some of the threads are somewhere.....just cannot find them.
It shows there is 337 threads and 1,415 posts..... but they are not accessible from anywhere I can find.

It probably is a "ME" problem...... but how can I fix this?

Umm, I do not see what you are talking about.

Did you hide a number of forums? If so, this is most likely your culprit. The threads which were posted in the forums which were hidden, are also hidden. If this is the problem, you'll need to make those forums visible again, and move the threads to another forum (which is visible).

I see the threads fine... Just scroll down past the sub forums, you have 30 threads showing per page, there's 11 pages, 30 x 11 is 330, and there are some threads in the massive list of subforums above the threads, so there's the 337.
