Regards..
Enter PHPMyAdmin and repair the "MYBB_SESSIONS" Table.
Why do people keep posting their support threads in the MyBB.com Issues forum??

As Aristotle said, repair the mybb_sessions table using the following query:
REPAIR TABLE `mybb_sessions`;
Sleepy You've posted this in the forum 'MyBB.com Community & Site Issues' which is clearly for issues with this site. Moved to general support.
Did you run the update script?

This article might help as well.

How did you upgrade to 1.6.2? For such a large change you would had to run the upgrade script for the database.

And After That This Window Shows That The Upgrade Has Been Successful

You need to execute this via phpMyAdmin (or whatever database manager your host uses). If your host uses phpMyAdmin, you'll need to execute that in the "SQL" tab of it.
