I am looking for someone that can come in and help make the changes that i want made.

I would like a sports theme
I would like tabs across the top like donate, contact us
would like the forum to look nice

If you want in free then i can do but after 21 march because of coming of my exams.
I can make your site fully secure with plug-ins and need things.
Install great themes.
