I'm using the theme ''Royal Blue'' and I was wondering if it was possible to remove this little annoying button.

i think that's the navigation

if you want to remove it:
Go to: Admin CP > Templates & Style > Templates > Your Theme > Header Templates > header and remove <navigation>
