When a user made a post, he gets the screens like:

'Thank you, this post has been edited.
You will now be returned to the thread.
Click here if you dont want to wait any longer.'

Is there a way to disable this?

Disable the Friendly Redirect in the Server and Optimization settings. This'll disable it globally though, not just when making a post.
