I need a top 5 posters plugin created to look like the following image. It also needs to give whoever is one of the top posters a name that flashes different colors. This will not work for staff however. I am willing to spend $30-$50 on this project. I know pirata also does hiring for $9 an hour so if you read this contact me via pm.
