I'm running Mybb 1.6.1 Software and i have a nav bar and the code for it, but i dont know where to put it. I know that you go to ACP>Themes and Templates>My Theme>Edit in Advanced Mode, but i dont know where to go from there.
Any help?

do you mean where you have all the links.
Its in the header templates and then under header.
You know the Nav Bar like mybb has, Home Community Forum etc. I need to know where to put it
Templates & Styles > *your theme's templates* > Header Templates > header > Place your navigation code in that template.
