If your a discussion forum then you don't really need a TOS. The most you'll need is a set of rules & guidelines and a Privacy Policy. That's it.
@Matt G: I've seen that style of TOS before, it was auto generated and as others have said, you don't need them until your very big.

It's one of those auto-generated TOS websites, that's meant for sites offering stuff for download (aka MyBB, phpBB etc etc)
I'll take it out. Yes it was auto generated and I fit it to my needs.

I am pretty sure it said for personal use, still, I am going to take it out.
I want to make sure that I am covered anything were to happen. Does it look fine and it covers me?
