Update Attachment button and Add Attachment button seem to do the same thing. I can use either one to add a first attachment, and use either one to add a second attachment. So what is the difference?

I think Update button is when you have already uploaded attachment by name for example some.zip and after you go Update and select the same, I think it updates the attachment!

If you have a new attachment and click Update Attachment I think it will just add it, the point of the update button is so you can upload a new copy of the same attachment and it won't reset the downloads count; previously you had to delete the current version and then add the new one.

I'm assuming this happens if I upload a file with the same name as one already there. OTOH, maybe I'll just test this when I get a chance.
