Hello,

When a know spam bot is registering on my forum, it will be auto banned.
I think this is caused by the plugin: StopForumSpam but I'm not sure.

The problem is, I don't want them to register at all. Just decline them when registering.

Is there a solution or a good mod against spammers?

PS. I've disabled the plugin Akismet, it caused trouble with registration for some forum users.

The problem is that I've already enabled that on my forum:$

Though some bots are able to get through...

Like those names with weird emails:
DinahSed
enforebogz

They will be auto banned, but I didn't set that option in the StopForumSpam plugin..

Is there another way to decrease the spambots?
