If i change domain i need to change :
Board url
Cookie Domain

And thats all right?

1 more question,i ll need to setup new google analytic account,and to submit site again to search engines right???

Open inc/settings.php
and change these:

$settings['bburl'] = "http://yourdomain.com/mybb";

and

$settings['cookiedomain'] = ".yourdomain.com";
$settings['cookiepath'] = "/mybb/"; 

You won't lose any data by doing this, and you won't have login problems if you change the settings correctly.

And it'd be etter to change them in the ACP first, rather than editing them in settings.php
