employee monitoring,etc.
Anyone can tell me which one is much better or if ther is any other practical software
Well, do you want to record him, or just watch? If you want to watch him, you'll have to have another PC handy to watch him from.
If you want to record him, then you'll have to think about the amount of disk space recording for a long time uses
Why bother spying on him? Just install some filters that block the sites and make note of when they're accessed - you'll know if he even tries.
Just use a keylogger that ways you don't need to have a ton of space. Or, could get a annoying parental control program like scoutie recommended.
