Notice the blank space between user options and the ad?
I don't want that blank space there!

First check in the place where you add the script for your ad. If there are a few <br/> tags at the beginning of it, remove them. If there aren't check for "margin-bottom" in your menu's part in the global.css of your menu. If there's such line, remove it.
