I wonder how to put the localhost in MyBB.

You need to install something like WAMP or XAMPP, then put the MyBB files in the document root for whichever one of those you choose.

Which bit...?? You're going to need to be more specific. Have you got WAMP/XAMPP installed yet??

I just do not have any files, only to have the MyBB, my question was how do I do now.

Google WAMP

Install WAMP

Copy the MyBB files to the WAMP/www directory (usually C:\wamp\www)

start your wamp server

Go to http://localhost/install

Install MyBB as normal

I do not have these folders.

Right, have you or have you not installed a localhost webserver?? WAMP or XAMPP.
