how is it possible that my Member (Registered) from 10 times a particular Forum (Section) to view and create posts from 30 topics in this forum (section) can

wie ist es möglich das meine Member (Registered) ab 10 Beiträgen ein bestimmtes Forum(Section) sehen können und ab 30 Beiträgen Themen in diesem Forum(Section) erstellen kann

Do you want your users to post 30 posts before viewing any selected forum ?
