Currently my forum is at http://thinklings.co.cc/forum/ and Joomla! is installed at http://thinklings.co.cc/

After I uninstall Joomla! how can I move MyBB to the root directory?

ACP > Configuration > General Configuration > change the Board URL to http://thinklings.co.cc and your cookie domain to / and then move the files to the root folder.
