Why aren't they displayed in the same order?

For those who agree and want to change it too.
member_profile template. Find,

{$groupimage}<br />
{$userstars}

Replace with,

{$userstars}<br />
{$groupimage}

The profile is hugely outdated as is, I'm sure I've noticed this before but to be completely honest I don't look at profiles enough (or us stars really) for it to bother me o.O

Both the profile and postbit has had a complete overhaul for 2.0. It's rather good.

Where do you get the user bar? Is is customizable?

That's great- I look forward to it. I am always trying to tweak the profile but will now probably just stop and wait...
