can you show me where I can change the message for guests, when they come to my forum, which is disable for self registry?

Change the text with whatever you wish.
$l['registrations_disabled'] = "Sorry but you cannot register at this time because the administrator has disabled new account registrations.";

This is for MYBB V1.2
Goto Admin CP > Language pack > Manage > English (American) > Edit File member.lang.php
Just go down like around 70% down and u will find registrations_disabled thats it mate.
