I love the layout of your site. It's very clean and professional. As for the theme for the forum, it's rather common. I'd try getting a custom one built maybe. But it's a good service you're offering, it's rather common now'adays but that doesn't stop many people
The whole site looks... kind of illegitimate. Try to update some of your graphics and layout.
