It looks like your host put in some security measures which conflict with MyBB, you'll need to talk them about it.

they told us that they dont have restrictions for this kind of things. Sad

Well the error says that an open_basedir restriction is in effect. You're on shared hosting right? And is it free or paid?

it is paid, well i contacted them earlier and said if it would have problems installing a forum software, they replied no. +1 anyway

The error is actually coming from the server and not MyBB, so the only I can tell you is to talk to them about it.

You need to convert your language files for plugin with mode UTF-8 without BOM Smile
