Im Reply or New Reply on the thread for the result : 504 Gateway Time-Out.
sometimes even no response at all

This happens not only ID I have, but this happens in all USERID.

User post & reply duplicate post for the threads. For example post & reply 1 paragraf but .. return & display more than 5 paragraf (duplicate post).

Im using user Super Moderator, Moderator im Reply posting in forum no problem is OK.

You'll need to ask your host about this, the error's coming from the server, there's little we can do about it. Also images on your forum take a very long time to load, but that's not something we can do anything about either.

But why I used user Soper Moderator & Moderator no problem.. is OK... no errror.

But i used userid not Super Moderator & Moderator error not reponse...

whether there should be the setting for the admin pages?

I don't know, but this is an error coming from the server, not MyBB. Ask your host for more information on what's actually causing the error.
