Also, some parts of my site are off (the header template especially) on Internet Explorer 8 (I don't use IE 8 by the way). Can this be fixed anyhow cause IE seems to have lots of issues with site codes.

IE seems to have a lot of problems with MyBB. IE9 was meant to make things easier, but I think it's made things worse.

I think would give you 6 marks out of 10 and because all things are good but there is a lacking in your design.
