Is there any plugins where I can create or edit little pictures for different usergroups?
Could you explain in greater detail? You can add group images by default.

By group images, I mean that thing you have under where it says "Developer" for you.
ACP -> Users & Groups -> Groups -><group that you want to add group images> and search for field called Group Image.
