1.6.2, fresh install. Everything looks/functions properly, except for the Admin CP. If you hover over where the links should be, things work, but it's like the images are missing. Yet, all the files are there, as they should be.

Any thoughts?

Make sure ./inc/languages/english/admin/ exists and is CHMOD to 755, and the files inside are CHMOD to 644 or 666.

Aaah, the admin directory was set to 666. Changed to 755 and all is good.
