I made the theme at techied.net, I hope to keep it, but if it does not work out hire someone to do it. Any tips on making it look better?

While the forum legend icons look sleek, I don't really see them matching that theme too much.

Maybe if you used a gradient blue it might work out better. Also, if you don't own the .com version of that domain, might want to add the .net to the logo.
